I. Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Process: After 12 hours, orders enter the processing stage and can no longer be canceled.

II. Return & Refund Conditions

NCAA Zone maintains a specific return policy to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligible Cases (Defective/Incorrect Items)

We accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements for products that are defective due to our error, including:

  • Damaged Goods: Items that arrive torn, broken, or with peeling prints.
  • Incorrect Design: The print or design differs significantly from the product page.
  • Wrong Item/Style: You received a different product type (e.g., a hoodie instead of a t-shirt).
  • Size Mismatch: The size received does not match the size ordered.

2. Ineligible Cases

We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or non-defective products. Because our items are often made-to-order, please double-check your size selection and design choices before completing your purchase.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return/refund, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

III. Return Process

If your item is defective or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Submit Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect size tag.
  3. Verification: Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
  4. Instructions: Once approved, we will provide instructions. In many cases, a physical return is not required to save you time. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid, downloadable shipping label via email.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ADDRESSES: Please DO NOT send returns to our administrative or registered office addresses (Mountain Home, AR or Albuquerque, NM). These locations are not equipped to process returns. Any items sent to these addresses will be refused and may result in a forfeited refund. You must contact us via email for the correct return procedure.

IV. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your claim is verified (or the returned item is inspected), we will process your refund within 1–5 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or E-wallet).
  • Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

V. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will either:

  1. Send a free replacement of the correct item, or
  2. Issue a full refund.
    You do not need to place a new order for the replacement.
