2. Delivery Timeframes

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday.

United States

Processing Time: 3 – 5 business days.
Transit Time: 5 – 10 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 8 – 15 business days.

International (Rest of World)

Processing Time: 3 – 5 business days.
Transit Time: 7 – 15 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 10 – 20 business days.

Note: Stated delivery times are estimates. While we aim for speed, factors like customs clearance or peak seasons may cause slight variations.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer straightforward shipping rates based on your order value:

Standard Shipping (United States): $5.99 for all orders under $100.00.
Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $100.00 (Applied automatically at checkout).
International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

4. Shipping Carriers & Origin

To maintain quality and affordability, our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing facilities in China. We partner with world-class carriers to ensure safe delivery:

US Destinations: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel.
International Destinations: Yun Express, Yanwen, Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express.

5. Order Tracking

Transparency is key. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 48-72 hours after the shipping label is created.

6. Taxes, Duties & VAT

For US Customers: Sales tax is applied where applicable by law at checkout.
For International Customers: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by NCAA Zone at checkout.

7. Delivery Address & Restrictions

PO Boxes: We support shipping to PO Boxes via USPS (United States only).
APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot guarantee delivery to military addresses as not all international carriers support these locations.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
